  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Verify your email address
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Investment Services

3.1 Investment Plans

We offer various investment plans with different terms, returns, and durations. All investments are made using USDT TRC20. Investment amounts, returns, and terms are clearly stated for each plan.

3.2 Returns and Payouts

Returns are calculated based on the specific terms of each investment plan. Payouts are processed according to the plan's schedule. We reserve the right to modify plan terms with prior notice.

3.3 Risk Acknowledgment

All investments carry inherent risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made to your assigned USDT TRC20 wallet address. All deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation. We are not responsible for deposits sent to incorrect addresses.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Withdrawals are sent to your registered USDT TRC20 wallet address. You are responsible for providing the correct withdrawal address.

4.3 Fees

Network fees for USDT TRC20 transactions are the responsibility of the user. We may charge processing fees for certain transactions, which will be clearly disclosed.

5. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions when users you refer make investments. Referral earnings are subject to:

  • Multi-level commission structure as defined in the program
  • Active investment requirements
  • Terms and conditions specific to the referral program

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Exo Yield and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Exo Yield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have invested through the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may close your account at any time, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
